ROBOTIC SOFTWARE OFFLINE PROGRAMMING
The trajectory and main program loops of ABB, KUKA, COMAU, and FANUC robots are prepared offline and verified through 3D simulations. This makes it possible to generate fully functional robot programs by simulation systems, which can be directly loaded onto real-life robots.
In order to reduce fieldwork and errors, we set up virtual commissioning cells where the entire system operates by establishing communication between the systems prepared in 3D simulations and the PLC codes we generate. This approach minimizes installation time and enables us to design systems with anticipated potential errors.
